Storage and Retrieval of Documents is very important task that is required to be performed in any organization. Majority of Documents of the organization has direct link with Accounts/ Inventory functions. In the module developed by us, the soft copies of documents are supposed to be stored in a pre-defined folder on the Hard Disk. The link between accounting/inventory transaction has been provided by our software. Just by a single click on a Button provided on each screen of Tally software, a List of document linked to the respective Master / Transaction gets opened. The documents created in MS Word, MS Excel, PDF Documents or scanned images can be linked to the transactions entered in Tally.
